 Twice Daily Multi™ has been improved in the following ways:

1. The vitamin A is now naturally from fish liver oil and mixed carotenoids from palm tree fruit—a total of 3200 IU per two capsules.
2. Vitamin D has increased from 100 IU to 500 IU!
3. Vitamin E is now mixed tocopherols emphasizing gamma, with the second highest amount being delta and the lowest emphasis on alpha tocopherol.
4. Methylcobalamin B12 (the best form for homocysteine maintenance*) has increased from 100mcg to 500mcg.
5. Still high in all B vitamins—including 400mcg folic acid.
6. Albion chelated minerals for optimal absorbability.
7. Selenium as selenomethionine for increasing metallothionine levels for the purpose of optimizing zinc metabolism and control of heavy metals.
